Meet the Moles family! They are dear friends of my mother-in-law and my wife grew up some of their kids years ago. Our session was as early in the morning as we could schedule, but the Texas heat has no mercy. We found this beautiful little spot located right in her own community in Allen, Texas with some great willow trees providing some shelter from the sun. I packed pretty light that day and only took a, Paul C Buff Alien Bee 800 and an octabox with me for lighting. I like natural light, but there was just no way I could hold a reflector large enough to bounce light back to prevent shadows on their faces, so I opted for ambient light and fill flash mix.
